Participants must have a comprehensive travel insurance policy in place before leaving for the tour. Particular attention should be paid to cover for items such as medical/dental, personal effects, and cancellations.

Any changes to third-party events are outside of our control. If official dates are released or changed after your booking, our Travel Concierge will contact you within 7 days of us becoming aware of such changes.

We meticulously verify every detail of our tours to ensure accuracy before sharing them with you. It's important to note that product descriptions and amenities may undergo changes after booking due to the advanced preparation of our marketing materials. The provided itineraries and routes serve as a general guidance, and your final itinerary will contain any updated information. Factors such as local conditions, weather, seasonal variations, destination events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to modifications in tour itineraries.

Consequently, some amenities or paths described may be unavailable or differ from the initial advertisements. Rest assured, if there are significant or prolonged changes, we will make every effort to notify you well in advance of your departure. Your experience is our priority, and we strive to keep you informed throughout your journey.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing information provided, errors may occasionally occur. We will endeavour to notify you at the time of booking or as soon as reasonably possible. Instalment plans are available. Multiple currencies are accepted; confirm your preferred payment method with your Travel Concierge. Deposit amount is based on bookings made 12+ months from the tour start date. Deposits for bookings made within 12 months from the tour start date will vary.

The final selection may vary depending on participant numbers and vehicle availability.
