- Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Ultimate Lifestyle Group Pty Ltd T/As HunterMoss (ABN 43 625 379 553) of 25 Palmerston Cres, South Melbourne VIC 3205 (HunterMoss) (Promoter). - Promotion Period
2.1 The “Capture Your Supercar Moment and Win” Giveaway (Promotion) starts Saturday 16 May at 10:00 AM and ends Monday 18 May at 11:59 PM (Promotion Period).
2.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. - Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to individuals who:
a) are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; and
b) attend Luxury Escapes Live 2026 at the Royal Exhibition Building, 9 Nicholson St, Carlton VIC during the Promotion Period; and
c) hold a valid Instagram account.
3.2 Employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any agencies or partners directly associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter. - How to Enter
4.1 To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
a) take a photo featuring the supercar displayed at the HunterMoss stand at Luxury Escapes Live 2026;
b) follow @huntermoss_travel on Instagram;
c) post the photo to their own Instagram Feed and/or Stories;
d) tag @huntermoss_travel in the post; and
e) ensure their Instagram profile is set to public for the duration of the Promotion Period and for at least 5 business days after the draw so the entry can be viewed and verified.
4.2 Multiple entries are permitted. Each entry must:
a) be a separate, eligible post made during the Promotion Period; and
b) comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s sole discretion. - Nature of Promotion
5.1 This Promotion is a trade promotion lottery and a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
5.2 Entry to the Promotion is free and no additional fee is charged by the Promoter for entry (excluding standard internet and data charges). - Prize
6.1 There is one (1) prize to be won.
6.2 The prize is a Monos – Expandable Carry-On Pro (Prize).
6.3 The total maximum prize value is $465 AUD including GST.
6.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses associated with taking the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
6.5 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Any unused portion of the Prize is forfeited. - Draw and Winner Determination
7.1 The winner will be determined by a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
7.2 The draw will take place in Australia on Friday May 22, 2026 at 10:00AM.
7.3 The Promoter may use an approved electronic random draw system or a manual draw process.
7.4 The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
7.5 The Promoter may draw reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, or if a winner is unable to accept or fails to claim the Prize. - Winner Notification and Publication
8.1 The winner will be notified by direct message to their Instagram account used to enter the Promotion within 3 business days of the draw.
8.2 The winner must respond and confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize within 3 business days of the Promoter’s notification.
8.3 The prize will be posted to the winner following confirmation of their delivery details. To facilitate prize fulfilment, the winner must provide a valid email address, Australian postal address and preferred suitcase colour selection (subject to availability).
8.4 If the winner does not respond within the specified time, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter may award the Prize to the first reserve entry drawn or conduct a further draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. - Verification and Disqualification
9.1 The Promoter may request that the winner provide proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility to enter the Promotion.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
a) verify the validity of entries and entrants; and
b) disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or with Instagram’s terms of use. - Use of Content and Intellectual Property
10.1 By entering the Promotion, each entrant warrants that:
a) they are the creator and owner of the photo submitted; and
b) they have obtained consent from any identifiable person in the photo for the purposes of the Promotion and any subsequent use by the Promoter.
10.2 Each entrant grants the Promoter a worldwide, perpetual, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate, and display their entry (including their Instagram handle) in any media for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for the Promoter’s marketing and promotional purposes.
10.3 Entrants acknowledge that their entry may be featured on the Promoter’s social media channels, website, email marketing and other promotional materials, with appropriate attribution where reasonable. - Privacy
11.1 The Promoter will collect and handle personal information (such as Instagram handle, name and contact details) for the purpose of conducting and administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and awarding the Prize, and for related administrative and promotional purposes.
11.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.huntermoss.com/privacy-policy/.
11.3 If an entrant does not provide the requested personal information, the Promoter may not be able to process the entry or award the Prize.
11.4 The conditions of entry must state if entrant information will be used for any purpose other than the Promotion, and the Promoter will not use entrant information for any other purpose except as described in these Terms and Conditions or with the entrant’s consent. - Instagram
12.1 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
12.2 Entrants:
a) release Instagram from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion; and
b) acknowledge that any information provided is to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
12.3 Entrants must comply with Instagram’s terms of use and promotion guidelines when participating in the Promotion. - Luxury Escapes
13.1 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Luxury Escapes.
13.2 Entrants:
a) release Luxury Escapes from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion; and
b) acknowledge that any information provided is to the Promoter and not to Luxury Escapes. - Monos
14.1 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Monos.
14.2 Entrants:
a) release Monos from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion; and
b) acknowledge that any information provided is to the Promoter and not to Monos. - Liability
15.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (and its officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for:
a) any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in any way in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, including as a result of:
i. any late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries;
ii. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
iii. any theft, unauthorised access or third‑party interference; or
iv. any act or omission of the winner or their companion(s); and
b) any tax liability incurred by the winner or any entrant.
15.3 Entrants participate in any Prize‑related activities (including travel or driving experiences) at their own risk and must comply with all reasonable directions given by the Promoter and any applicable third‑party suppliers regarding safety, conduct and use of facilities. - General
16.1 If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to pandemic, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
16.2 Any changes to the Promotion will be notified on the Promoter’s website and/or Instagram account.
16.3 The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
