1. Competition Overview
By completing the HunterMoss Guest Survey, participants have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a $1,500 gift card. The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, 7th March 2025 and notified by email.
2. Eligibility
a. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
b. Employees of HunterMoss, their immediate family members, and any agencies or partners directly involved with this competition are not eligible to enter.
c. Participants must include their email address in the survey to be entered into the draw. Providing an email address is optional but required for competition entry.
d. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be counted.
3. Entry Period
The competition opens on Thursday 27 February 2025 (AEDT) and closes at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on Thursday, 6th March 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize Details
a. The prize consists of one $1,500 gift card, which may be used at the winner’s discretion in accordance with the gift card provider’s terms and conditions.
b. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
a. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Friday, 7th March 2025.
b. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey within seven (7) days of the draw.
c. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, HunterMoss reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. General Conditions
a. HunterMoss reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
b. Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the competition process will result in disqualification.
c. Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with HunterMoss’ privacy policy.
e. The competition is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility under their local laws.
