Flights Before or After the Tour
Please make your own travel arrangements for the days before and after the tour. On request, the HM team can provide advice or assistance with arranging flights.

Travel Insurance
Participants must have a comprehensive travel insurance policy in place before leaving for the tour. Particular attention should be paid to cover for items such as medical/dental, personal effects, and cancellations.

Sales Tax
Sales tax not included (where applicable).

Destination-Based Activities & Experiences
Experiences and activities not listed as included (such as spa treatments, local activities, beverage seminars, cooking classes, and recreational activities) may be available at an additional cost and are not included with your tour package.

Automotive Comprehensive, Collision, and Liability Coverage
Automotive insurance requirements will vary based on residency, tour location, and other factors. Please speak with your Tour Concierge for details.

Itinerary/Website Accuracy
Provided itineraries and routes serve as general guidance, and your final itinerary will contain any updated information. We meticulously verify every detail of our tours to ensure accuracy before sharing them with you. Please note that product descriptions and amenities may be subject to change after booking, as our marketing materials are prepared in advance.

Fleet
The final selection may vary depending on participant numbers and vehicle availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place. Final payment is due 120 days before departure.
This allows us to secure exclusive arrangements on your behalf. Your deposit is applied toward your total trip cost.

If you need to cancel, fees apply depending on how close it is to the tour date.
Cancellations made more than 121 days out forfeit the deposit only. Within 120 days, the full trip cost is non-refundable.

Travel insurance, including “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage, is strongly recommended.
It protects your investment against unforeseen changes, delays, or cancellations. We suggest securing it at the time of booking. Automotive Comprehensive, Collision, and Liability Coverage Automotive insurance requirements will vary based on residency, tour location, and other factors. Please speak with your Tour Concierge for details.

All itineraries, routes, events, and inclusions are subject to change due to local conditions or third-party updates.
While we plan every detail carefully, changes may occur beyond our control. You’ll be notified of any significant updates within seven days of these occurrences.

Pricing is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change or correction if errors are identified.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing information provided, errors may occasionally occur. We will endeavour to notify you at the time of booking or as soon as reasonably possible.

If we must cancel a tour, you’ll receive a full refund of payments made to us.
This includes situations like force majeure or minimum group numbers not being met. However, we’re not responsible for incidental costs like flights.

Any changes to your reservation must be made more than 120 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Within 120 days, changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Please reach out early if your plans shift.
