A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place. Final payment is due 120 days before departure.This allows us to secure exclusive arrangements on your behalf. Your deposit is applied toward your total trip cost.
If you need to cancel, fees apply depending on how close it is to the tour date.Cancellations made more than 121 days out forfeit the deposit only. Within 120 days, the full trip cost is non-refundable.
Travel insurance, including "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage, is strongly recommended.It protects your investment against unforeseen changes, delays, or cancellations. We suggest securing it at the time of booking. Automotive Comprehensive, Collision, and Liability Coverage Automotive insurance requirements will vary based on residency, tour location, and other factors. If we must cancel a tour, you’ll receive a full refund of payments made to us.This includes situations like force majeure or minimum group numbers not being met. However, we’re not responsible for incidental costs like flights.
